An unexpected twist during my photography editing process led to the discovery of a new artistic approach.
I begin with a photograph or a cluster of shapes, and my mouse transforms into a brush, guiding me towards unique revelations with each creation.
This discovery has led to my work being featured in prestigious exhibitions, competitions, and even at the International Art Biennale in Florence, Italy. I have held six Solo Exhibitions, including two in Las Vegas, NV, one at the Bergamont Station in Los Angeles, California, and one at Coos Bay, Oregon. Lastly my work has garnered attention in print articles and on HGTV’s Million Dollar Homes.
In my galleries, you can explore a variety of themes and concepts, such as:
Emotional Expressions: By capturing emotions through color and form, I aim to establish a personal connection between the viewer and the artwork, allowing them to interpret it in their own unique way.
Nature and Abstraction: Blending natural elements with abstract shapes to create a harmonious balance that reflects the beauty of the environment.
Movement and Flow: My approach is centered on the dynamic aspects of shapes and colors, creating a sense of motion that excites the viewer’s eye and encourages it to traverse the canvas.
Light and Shadow: Experiment with contrasts to enhance depth and create visual intrigue, inviting viewers to explore different perspectives.
These themes help create a rich visual experience that engages and inspires
My work in the art community has been servicing on the boards of directors of art organizations, including the CAC Board Committee in Las Vegas, NV, and the Board of Directors of the South Western Regional Museum of Art in Coos Bay, Oregon. Giving workshops on Creative Photography and Digital Art has also taken some of my time.
Click on EXPLORE MY COLLECTIONS to view my work. There are five main galleries, constantly reflecting these theme through bold and soft colors, shapes, movement, and texture.
I hope my art brings you as much joy as it has brought me in creating it.
